Last week we took Black Tennis Mentors to Swansea 🏴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🎾 Through funding from Tennis Wales as part of their Tie Break Fund, we were able to deliver a community tennis and mentoring event as part of our Roadshow in collaboration with Futures Without Borders (FWB). FWB are a Swansea-based social enterprise supporting individuals from underrepresented backgrounds through mentoring, skills development, and access to opportunities. Together, we brought children, young people, families, and local leaders into one space through sport. From first-time players to FWB activators stepping up and supporting delivery, the energy and engagement on the day was powerful. More than just a session, this was about building relationships, developing young leaders, and creating pathways into sport and beyond.
