You probably think these are scars… but they’re actually not👀 This isn’t a typical breast lift scar. The brown area you’re seeing is actually her own areola skin that remained after surgery. During her breast lift, there wasn’t enough extra skin to completely remove it without making her breasts significantly smaller. Now it looks like she has large, dark “scars,” but that’s not what’s happening. Since another surgery isn’t the right option for her, we’re taking a completely different approach: scar camouflage. Our goal is to gradually soften and lighten the remaining areola tissue so it blends more naturally with the surrounding skin. This isn’t a one-and-done treatment, it will likely take multiple sessions over the next year to achieve the best possible result.
