I started posting content 4 months ago… A close friend asked me the other day, “What’s your why?” when it comes to content. I didn’t have a great answer. Yesterday, I was reminded. Someone reached out and told me they got to the gym because of one of my videos. Truthfully, it’s never been about brand deals, sponsorships, or money for me. I don’t even have anything to sell. The real reward is knowing something I put out into the world helped someone take a step toward becoming a better version of themselves.
