One tiny egg. Some women get 10, 20, even 50 eggs in a single IVF round. I got 1. It’s easy to feel like your body is failing you…especially when you’re doing everything right. Eating clean. Taking every supplement. Prioritizing sleep. Managing stress. Facing fears of needles. Showing up to every appointment with hope… And still walking away with what feels like almost nothing. But this isn’t nothing. This is my one. My little fighter. And I am so proud. So grateful. So hopeful that it makes it to embryo. I’m giving myself a week to rest…physically, emotionally, mentally.
