It’s been a whirlwind six months for Quinn Brown.
In January, a routine thrifting trip to Hillsboro’s Goodwill Bins made him the new owner of a massive Los Angeles Lakers warm-up jacket worn by basketball legend Wilt Chamberlain during the 1972 NBA Finals. It went up for auction at Sotheby’s New York on July 1.
Now that jacket — bought for just $3.07 — has sold for $89,600.
