I had the privilege of speaking to the newest graduates of American College of Education as they celebrated years of hard work, perseverance, and commitment to their goals. From bachelor’s degrees to PhDs, this group represents people who chose to keep learning, keep growing, and keep showing up for something bigger. My message to them was simple: go all in, trust your own path, and don’t be afraid of the stumbles along the way. Success isn’t built because everything goes according to plan. It’s built by the choices no one applauds, the habits no one sees, the disappointments we grow through, and the days we decide to keep going when there is no guarantee it will be “worth it”.
