Highlights included grilled quail, Bourbon Vanilla Lobster Bisque, a perfectly cooked Texas Wagyu striploin, and a beautiful Summer Berry Tarte. Every course was paired with a guided tasting of Still Austin’s Rye, Cask Strength Bourbon, Cask Strength Rye, and Gin.
