1. One cross, one line
Work on changing direction off the forehand while staying balanced and aggressive. Great for improving control when redirecting the ball down the line.
2. Forehand line, inside out, inside in
Use the forehand to pin your opponent into the backhand corner before changing direction and opening up the court.
3. Slice forehand, inside out
Keep the ball low and out of your opponentās strike zone while mixing up the pace and disrupting rhythm.
4. Drive volley
An aggressive attacking shot thatās great for improving timing, racket preparation, and taking the ball early.
5. Forehand cross, drop shot
Push your opponent deep with heavy crosscourt forehands, then disguise the drop shot to bring them forward and expose the open court.
