Disturbing surveillance video captures the moment a woman confronts a young girl selling flowers in River North, grabbing her, knocking her to the ground and falling on top of her. The incident unfolded just before 3 a.m. several weeks ago outside Moe’s Cantina as patrons were leaving at closing time.
