UNOOSA and europeanspaceagency have selected a team from usfq in Ecuador 🇪🇨 as the awardee of the 4th round of the HyperGES Fellowship Programme! 🧪 Their project, “From Earth to Orbit: Gravity-Tuned Hydration and Microstructural Engineering of Cement Pastes for Planetary Infrastructure,” will study how hypergravity, simulating gravity levels up to 15 times stronger than Earth’s, affects the way cement hardens.
