The things I would actually recommend: • Take photos of your bump. Lots of them. Even if you don’t feel your best. One day you’ll look back and realize your body performed an absolute miracle. And who knows… maybe this is your last pregnancy. • Put your hands on your belly and just pause. Feel every kick, every roll, every movement. Soon you’ll be holding your baby in your arms, but you’ll never experience this version of them again. • If you already have children, spend intentional one-on-one time with them. Slow mornings, ice cream dates, bedtime cuddles, playground adventures. Their world is about to change too. I’ve been doing this with my firstborn and these moments feel extra precious. Rest without guilt. Not because everyone tells you to sleep before the baby arrives (we all know that’s impossible), but because this chapter deserves a few quiet moments before the next one begins. Most importantly: don’t rush through the waiting. One day you’ll miss this version of yourself ...
