A woman left a Phoenix bar planning to drive home to Tempe, but somehow ended up nearly 100 miles away near Tucson, according to Arizona DPS.
Troopers say she was traveling the wrong way on I-10 around 2:30 a.m. on June 14 when she sideswiped another vehicle, causing it to roll onto its roof.
DPS says she admitted to drinking alcohol and using marijuana before getting behind the wheel. Her blood alcohol level later registered at .214, nearly three times Arizona’s legal limit.
Both drivers suffered minor injuries, and the woman was booked on multiple DUI-related charges.
How do you miss Tempe and end up almost in Tucson? 😭
