One pharmacy trip for you and your pet just became a thing in Arizona. CVS Health announced this week that select prescription medications for dogs and cats are now available at 9,000 stores nationwide, including Arizona locations. That means you can pick up your own prescriptions and your pet’s in the same stop. The covered meds include antibiotics, allergy, flea and tick control, insulin, and pain relievers. They’re also eligible for automatic refills and prescription syncing, so recurring meds can be picked up or delivered on a single day each month, fewer trips overall. Your vet still handles the prescription. You either show a written script or have your vet contact the pharmacy directly, then choose in-store pickup or delivery. Pets can even be added to your CVS profile and managed through the CVS Health app. Would you fill your pet’s meds at CVS, or stick with your vet’s office? Send us your stories to be featured on the page. #Arizona #Phoenix #PetsOfArizona #DogsOfArizon...
