School holidays meant we had lots of extra little faces joining us today for StrongHER Mums, and it was such a lovely afternoon! 💛 The children had so much fun getting involved while the mums enjoyed moving, chatting and supporting one another. That’s what these sessions are all about – creating a welcoming space where everyone feels included. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it another brilliant session.
