Yall imagine walking out the 6 train and you spot 50 buffalo just running up the block 🫨 A herd of 50 life-sized buffalo puppets is taking over the streets of NYC this fall. 🦬🏙️ "Return of the Buffalo: Tatanka Owe Akupi" brings a massive public art installation to the city. Over two days, 150 New Yorkers will maneuver the puppets through streets, plazas, and historic sites accompanied by live performances, tribal ceremonies, and marching bands. 🚨 The entire public event is free to attend and encourages spectators to join the march along the route. 🚨 🗓️ The procession takes place on Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20.
