Keith Porter was the first U.S. citizen reported killed by an ICE officer under President Donald Trump on December 31, 2025. Keith, 43, was a son and a dedicated father from Southern California who should still be alive. It has been nearly 8 months since Keith’s murder, and ICE Agent Brian Palacios has not been charged or prosecuted. Unacceptable.
