On this day in 2014, #GoldenSpikes winner Buster Posey, along with teammate Madison Bumgarner, became the first battery in MLB history to each hit grand slams in the same game with the San Francisco Giants. In an 8-4 victory against the Arizona Diamondbacks, Posey and Bumgarner combined to drive in all eight of the Giants' runs.
