✨Day 6 of our 30 Days of Summer ✨ Cookies - need I say no more! Recipe is below but if you’d like a recipe card to save/print let me know 🤭 Ingredients 125g unsalted butter, softened 135g dark brown soft sugar 90g caster sugar 1 medium egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 220g self-raising flour ½ tsp salt 200g milk chocolate chips Method Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line two baking trays. Cream together the butter, dark brown sugar and caster sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Fold in the self-raising flour and salt until a dough forms. Stir through the chocolate chips. Roll into balls (around 70–80g each for large bakery-style cookies) and place well apart on the trays. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are golden but the centres still look slightly underdone.
