Don't have the time to bake a lasagne? But want to dig into one this weekend? No problem. You don't need an oven to make this one! It took all of 10min to assemble. I did make the mince ahead of time, boiled the lasagne sheets and made the roux. Which by the way turned out so silky and smooth! Cut up the sheets and throw em into the mince bubbling away on the stove. Mix until it is well combined. Then add the white sauce on top followed by mozzarella cheese and cover and let it simmer for about 5 min. That's all!
