New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani was asked by a reporter on Wednesday whether he would have sought the arrest of Hamas leaders responsible for the deadly Oct. 7 attack in Israel. Mamdani said a day earlier that the city did not have the legal authority to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has an arrest warrant from the ICC.
