My new favorite spot for elevated mariscos in San Diego just might be lacorrientecoronado. 🌊🦪 Every dish was as beautiful as it was fresh. The Hamachi Tostada was buttery and delicate, the signature Red Snapper Tostada absolutely lived up to the hype, and the Cold Platter was overflowing with incredible ceviche, oysters, and other fresh seafood. I paired it all with a refreshing Coconut Margarita before finishing with a Clamato alongside my oysters, and it couldn’t have been a better match. A huge thank you to Alex for taking such great care of me. The hospitality was just as memorable as the food.
