I absolutely love watching people succeed around me. There is no better feeling than assisting in other people success. I’ve honestly always felt this way even when I played football. I wasn’t really that interested in scoring goals. I was just more interested in assisting. I think it was the idea that winning alone was a bit boring but winning together is something that’s shared and shared success just means so much more because it’s not just about how you feel but it’s how someone else feels and then the interaction between both of you is hard to replicate.
