Your burpee method sucks.
Not because you’re unfit.
Because every rep is costing you more energy than it should.
Most athletes treat Burpee Broad Jumps like one movement.
Drop down.
Stand up.
Jump forward.
Repeat until it hurts.
The BurpEASE Method breaks the movement into seven skills:
Frog
Set your feet and hips in a position that allows you to move forward instead of wasting energy moving straight up.
Float & Fall
Control how you get to the floor so you stop crashing into the ground every rep.
Knee
Use the knee position to create a faster, smoother transition underneath your body.
Foot/Foot
Bring your feet forward efficiently instead of taking multiple little steps to stand up.
Swing
Use your arms to create momentum rather than relying only on your legs.
Low
Stay low as you move forward. Every unnecessary inch upward is energy you have to replace.
Soft
Land quietly and under control so you can flow directly into the next rep.
The goal isn’t to become better at suffer...
