Police officers detained a person following the Seattle Center food festival shooting on Sunday (July 26) that left three dead and wounded four, including a toddler. "At first I thought it was like some fireworks," a bystander told reporters. Eyewitness video showed police officers escorting a handcuffed suspect at the Seattle Centre area.
