This summer, ecology major Jacob Henretta ’27 is gaining hands-on experience with Larson Design Group, where he’s using GIS, conducting wetland delineations and helping protect natural environments while supporting engineering projects. “My classes in environmental science have given me skills to assess the environment in ways that can help limit human impacts while studying ecology has given me the perspective of the organisms,” Jacob said.
