The Portland Rose Festival City kicked off during City Fair at Tom McCall Waterfront Park Friday, May 26, 2023. Festivities started with an opening ceremony and ribbon cutting led by 2022 Rose Festival Queen Senya Scott, right, and Portland Commissioner Dan Ryan, left, pictured in the first image. Events will last three weeks and feature carnival rides, live music, games of kinds, vendors and food booths.
