Hi. If you’re new here — and a lot of you are — here’s who we are. I’m Sydney. This is Brit. We’ve been together eighteen years, married ten. We are two Jewish moms living in Los Angeles with five kids and a life that is loud and full and exactly what we asked for. All five of our kids were conceived using the same sperm donor. I carried all of them. We used IUI twice and IVF twice and we were extraordinarily lucky — first try, every time. I don’t take that for granted for a second. All our babies were born at home. On purpose. And I’ve been an exclusively breastfeeding mom to them all. That means on demand, with no schedule. I found out my dad was a sperm donor when I was pregnant with Thea. We’ve since found twelve of his donor-conceived biological children. All fifteen of us are in each other’s lives. We lovingly call each other BioSibs.
