Here's the workflow that made it repeatable at batch scale: 1️⃣ Tested the engraving first to dial in the settings on scrap 2️⃣ Built a cardboard template on the honeycomb bed — cutout matches the board profile exactly. Drop a board in, it's locked in position. Every time. 3️⃣ Batched through all 16. Same settings, same location, same result. Templates aren't fancy. Piece of cardboard, laser cuts the outline of your part, done in 5 minutes. But they turn "one at a time and hope" into "load, engrave, next" — which is the difference between a hobby and a business.
