SAT Deputies Arrest Suspect Following Multi-Incident Investigation Earlier this month, deputies took reports of a series of related incidents involving the same female victim. The victim and suspect were previously in a dating relationship. During the reported incidents, the male suspect allegedly entered the victim’s Newhall residence without permission, stole her vehicle, damaged her vehicle with a hammer, and later returned and shattered one of the windows of her residence. Special Assignment Team (SAT) deputies with the assistance of Juvenile and Gang (JAG) detectives conducted an investigation into the reported incidents. On Friday, July 24, around 8:00 p.m., during a crime suppression operation, SAT deputies located and arrested the suspect, a 28-year-old Newhall man.
