Front hip pinch that spreads into the groin. Stretching won’t hold it, one underfiring glute usually will.
That pinch up front is often your glute checking out, not your hip joint failing. When the gluteus medius stops firing on time, the femur rides forward in the socket and you feel it right at the crease. Stretching it loose just relaxes it more, it never re-seats the joint.
1. Banded glute bridge, band above the knees, 12 slow reps, pause at the top.
2. Banded lateral walk, small steps, hips level, 12 steps each direction.
Do both most days, before the pinch shows back up.
