Just getting caught up after a whirlwind week! I had the opportunity to speak at the agcofamerica Summer Construction Safety & Health Conference, my first time presenting for AGC. It was great connecting with so many peers, especially those from the AGC of Minnesota. Thank you to everyone who packed the room and let me nerd out about HOP and how it can be applied in the field to better evaluate SIF risk. I also picked up some great ideas from a session on Total Worker Health that I'll be bringing back to future projects.
