After day one they told me to go down on the way, so I went down like 10 pounds and achieved a lot of success but this is not done until we can do the exact ups of the exact amount of weight that LeBron James is doing so stay tuned for day three & btw I’m a 76er fan now.  #kingjames #trackstar
