I could make this a long post but I won’t. I was weighing 280lbs at the beginning of the year,and I wanted to change. I came across ajellison program, and I didn’t hesitate to sign up. I worked my ass off for the duration of the program. Thanks to my workout partner chesamir.j for holding me accountable to my goal. Today I’m much closer to my goal weight and I’m feeling good.
