I tried the new Kuro American Wagyu steaks that are now available at marianosmarket . Kept the prep simple, just some olive oil, salt, and pepper. I grilled these over high heat, flipping every minute or so until they hit 115 internal. Rested for 10 minutes and they were PERFECT. Beefy, tender, juicy, buttery, everything you want in a steak.
