The last few years have been an emotional roller coaster trying to get this thing moving in the right direction again. Running a team is about so much more than racing. It means carrying the responsibility of people who are chasing their dreams and depending on this team to help support their livelihoods. Some days, that weight is heavy. But then I look at this group and at some of the riders who may have never gotten this opportunity and showing up every day becomes that much easier. They make the long nights and the uncertainty feel like part of something bigger. I’m proud of this team. Proud of the impact we’re having. And I truly believe our best racing is still ahead of us.
