Representing the 2007 season, our All-25 Starting Pitcher is Jarrett Gardner. A cornerstone of Saltdogs history, Gardner spent four seasons in Lincoln after time in the Red Sox and Padres organizations. In 2007, he threw 130.1 innings with 95 strikeouts and was a workhorse, starting 19 games in three consecutive seasons while recording nine complete games. His legacy speaks for itself: the winningest pitcher in Saltdogs history (33 wins), the franchise leader in innings pitched (429.1), five career shutouts, and the only no-hitter in Saltdogs history.
