When people ask me why I teach yoga this is what I tell them : I teach yoga because I am in love with yoga. I heard a quote many years ago that what you are in love with will truly decide everything; what gets you out of bed, what you do with your evenings and weekends, what you read, who you know and what sets your soul on FIRE 🔥 Falling in love with yoga has led me towards my purpose and ultimately living in bliss and alignment every single day. So it’s more than just teaching classes. I teach yoga because I am in love with getting out of bed each morning to prep my classes, how I spend my evenings and weekends at the studio with my friends and clients, what I read about philosophy, mindfulness and being a better person, all of the friends I know now who are like minded, and what sets my soul on fire is sharing this gift of knowledge, wisdom and bliss with all of you 🫶🏻 #yoga #yogateacher
