Spiker brings extensive experience in educational leadership and athletic administration, having previously served as athletic director for both Orrville City Schools and Crestwood Local Schools. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to fostering student-athlete success through excellence in academics, athletics, leadership and sportsmanship.
