DAIRY-FREE ICE CREAM RUN🍦🏃🏻♀️ This one goes out to all my lactose-intolerant and vegan friends🤝

How I made it:
In a gallon-size freezer bag, combine:
- 1 can (13.5 oz) unsweetened full-fat coconut milk, well shaken
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3–4 tbsp sugar (or adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Whisk everything together gently in the bag until smooth (or whisk in a bowl, then pour into the bag). Press out as much air as possible and seal tightly.
In a second gallon-size freezer bag, add:
- Ice
- 1/2 cup salt
Place the ice cream bag inside the ice bag and seal tightly. I recommend double-bagging the ice cream mixture just in case it leaks.
Run until it turns into a soft-serve texture. Mine took 2.5 miles, but it’ll vary depending on how cold your ice-salt mixture stays. If the...
