Lieutenant Colonel Linda Toney has served #Henrico County for nearly 29 years. Her career with Henrico Police began in 1992 as a patrol officer. Since then, she has worked in units throughout the Division, including Recruiting, Public Affairs, Schools and Criminal Investigations, advancing through the ranks to the second highest position in our agency today. Lieutenant Colonel Toney has received multiple honors and awards during her career, her most treasured being the D.A.R.E. Administrator of the Year for the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2007.
