The Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee just voted. Here is where things landed. On July 24, the PCAC reviewed a slate of peptides for the 503A Bulks List. Six drew recommendations for inclusion: BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, and Semax. One, DSIP, was recommended against. A few things worth sitting with. These are advisory recommendations only. The FDA retains final authority, and nothing here is available to compound until that authority speaks. The margins were narrow, which tells you the science and the safety questions are still very much live.
