Happy #ShineLoudSunday🌟 This Sunday we’re shining a light on Queens native, Rana Abdelhamid, a community organizer and Self Defense Instructor. Rana founded Malikah which is an anti-violence organization addresssing hate and gender based violence through self-defense, healing, financial literacy and organizing education! As the child of Egyptian immigrants, Rana has taught over 650 self-defense classes and healing workshops, over 8,000 people in 32 countries across the globe.🌎 Presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield!
