Spartanburg city leaders are launching a new music series to bring more foot traffic downtown as business owners say construction has created challenges for local shops and restaurants. Wall Street Wednesdays will kick off on August 5, continuing every Wednesday through October. The events will feature smaller performances intended to draw more visitors to the downtown area.
