Our new Avatar has officially been revealed! During San Diego Comic-Con, original ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko gave fans their first look at the upcoming animated series, ‘Avatar: Seven Havens’. ✨ Set after the events of ‘The Legend of Korra’, the series follows a young Earthbender who discovers she is the next Avatar. But in this new era, being the Avatar is no longer seen as a symbol of hope, she’s feared as “humanity’s destroyer.” Alongside her twin sibling, she’ll embark on a journey across the Seven Havens to uncover the truth behind the world’s collapse and fight to save what’s left of civilization. Fans are especially excited about the new series, after the film ‘Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender’ was leaked online and the release date moved up to July 2026.
