🧊 The Titanic exhibit in Panama City Beach has a tank chilled to 28°F the recorded water temperature on the night the ship went down in April 1912. Most people pull their hand out within seconds. At that temperature, survival in open water was measured in minutes, not hours. The exhibit pairs the cold water station with survivor quotes on the walls around it.
