Hot Honey Peach Grilled Cheese 🍑 This just might be our new favorite way to make grilled cheese. Ever. Check out the recipe 👇 Ingredients - 2 slices sourdough - Softened butter - 120 g shredded mozzarella - 4–5 slices provolone, torn into pieces - 1 ripe peach, sliced - 1 tbsp butter - Pinch of salt - 1 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey, plus more for serving Instructions Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the peach slices, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and drizzle with 1 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey. Cook for about 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes until caramelized. Spread butter on one side of a slice of sourdough and place it butter-side down in a skillet. Add half of the cheese mixture, the caramelized peaches, and the remaining cheese.
