A tornado watch is in effect until 10 p.m. for the D.C. region. Storm Team4 is in Weather Alert mode this evening as strong-to-severe thunderstorms impact the area. Tornado warnings for Fauquier and Rappahannock counties previously expired. Several severe thunderstorm warnings also have been issued throughout the area this evening.
