A picture of a picture was common practice for picture collecting in the 90s . Writers were collecting whatever they could get their hands on and if that meant taking a picture of a photograph with a big bulky film camera, yeah! For example, the second photo is this magnificent car by leequinones which I acquired about 35 years ago. There is so much to be desired but the photo is shot. These mofos were taking pictures of pictures of pictures, you can easily see the result. This car is like graffiti’s great mystery.
