Feminism didn't appear out of nowhere. It exists, in large part, as a response to male inadequacy. Not because all men are inadequate, but because enough women have experienced abuse, manipulation, betrayal, violence, or men who lacked the maturity and self-control to lead with integrity. Pain creates movements. Do I agree with everything modern feminism stands for? No. But I understand why it exists. When enough people are hurt in similar ways, they look for an ideology that gives language to their experiences and promises protection from what hurt them. The irony is that the healthiest response isn't better ideologies. It's better people. The solution isn't men and women fighting each other. It's men becoming emotionally mature, disciplined, accountable, and trustworthy. It's women healing from the wounds they've carried.
