All Dj’s just be aware - my team has recieved #fake messages like these often for years. If anybody reaches out to you asking if you accept checks in their first form of contact with you, please be very cautious. Also, if they offer you a rate without even speaking to you and ask for your exact location, please be very careful. I’ve seen a few entertainment, collectives, musicians, and DJs get bamboozled into giving information and or accepting checks that they ask you to deposit for everyone involved in the event the day of the event…. and then they get your personal information. Just please be cautious. God bless.
